Ground Floor Renovation in Horsham

We completed a full ground floor renovation for our client’s Victorian property in Horsham, reworking the layout to create a more practical and modern living space while keeping character throughout the home.

The project included a full kitchen renovation with new cabinetry, quartz worktops and subway tile splashbacks, alongside bespoke details including a built-in wine rack and integrated shelving.

We carried out internal alterations to reconfigure the lounge and dining areas, including bespoke built-in alcove units with concealed LED lighting, redesigned fireplaces and custom storage solutions throughout the property.

Additional works included a new downstairs WC and storage cupboard, bespoke understairs joinery, a built-in window seat with storage, full redecoration and new herringbone flooring fitted throughout the ground floor to tie each space together.

The finished renovation completely transformed the downstairs layout, creating a brighter, more functional family home with a consistent finish throughout.
