This full renovation project was designed to maximise the available space throughout the property while creating a more practical layout better suited to modern living. Works included reconfiguring the original large kitchen and main living area, creating a new shower room and separate WC, structural alterations upstairs to enlarge one of the bedrooms, and the addition of a separate bathroom.

The kitchen was fully renovated alongside new flooring fitted throughout the property, while the rest of the house underwent a complete cosmetic refurbishment to freshen and modernise the space. Careful planning and layout changes allowed the property to function far more efficiently without compromising the character of the home.
