Rear Extension in East Grinstead

This rear extension project in East Grinstead involved removing an old conservatory and replacing it with a much larger, fully insulated extension designed to create a bright open-plan living space more suited to modern family life.

The new extension completely transformed the downstairs layout, opening the property up into a spacious dining and lounge area with improved flow and far more usable living space throughout.

Large bifold doors with integrated blinds were fitted across the rear elevation to connect the extension directly to the garden, while Velux windows help bring natural light deep into the centre of the room.

The project also included a new downstairs WC and a bespoke 6 metre media unit with oak shelving built into the lounge area.

Finished with new flooring, updated joinery and a clean modern finish throughout, the extension has completely changed the feel and functionality of the home.
