Rear Extension in East Grinstead

Rear extension completed for our client in East Grinstead, transforming the downstairs layout to create a much larger kitchen and spacious open-plan dining area.

Works included all structural steelwork and knock-throughs to open the property into one connected living space, alongside carefully matched brickwork to tie the extension into the existing house.

The new extension features a large skylight with integrated LED lighting, helping flood the space with natural light during the day while creating a warm atmosphere into the evening.

We also completed the installation of the new kitchen and laid new flooring throughout the downstairs, giving the property a clean, modern finish with improved flow for everyday living and entertaining.
