This project was carried out as a shell-only build, allowing the client to complete the final decorative finishes themselves while we delivered the project through to a plastered stage. Works included the installation of a new staircase alongside remodelling works to the existing downstairs hallway to help integrate the new loft layout naturally into the home.

The completed conversion created a spacious new master bedroom with en-suite, an additional bedroom and a new family bathroom, significantly increasing both the usable living space and long-term value of the property.

The project was delivered through all structural and first-fix stages, leaving the client with a fully formed space ready for second fix carpentry, final tiling, decoration and finishing touches.
