This project transformed an unused loft space into a spacious new master bedroom with en-suite. Adding both valuable extra accommodation and long-term value to the property. Careful planning of the layout allowed the new space to feel naturally connected to the existing home while making the most of the available head height and natural light.

The project also included a bespoke oak staircase supplied by Stairbox, featuring solid oak treads with open risers to create a lighter and more contemporary feel leading into the new loft space. Externally, the dormer was finished in Hardie Plank cladding to provide a clean modern finish that sits comfortably on top of the existing property.

Alongside the main bedroom and en-suite, a separate loft storage area was also created to maximise practicality and make full use of the roof space.
