This project transformed an underused garage into two practical new spaces designed to work naturally with the existing layout of the home. The conversion created a large home office alongside a new utility room, finished to match the existing kitchen and connected directly into the kitchen/dining area.

Additional works included the creation of an understairs storage cupboard and the installation of herringbone oak flooring throughout, helping tie the new spaces into the rest of the property.

The finished result provides valuable additional living space while maintaining a consistent feel and flow throughout the home.
