The existing garage had fallen into a poor condition, so the project began with a full demolition before rebuilding a completely new brick-built structure designed to function as a dedicated music studio.

The new space was constructed with a pitched tiled roof incorporating Velux windows to bring natural light into the studio, alongside a separate WC for added practicality and day-to-day use.

Finished externally in traditional brickwork to sit comfortably alongside the existing property, the completed studio now provides a fully functional, purpose-built space that can be used year-round.
