This full house renovation completely transformed the property inside and out, creating a bright, modern coastal home designed around open-plan living and everyday practicality.

Works included a full internal refurbishment with a new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, internal doors and staircase, alongside extensive remodelling to improve the overall layout and flow throughout the property. Roof lanterns and large glazed openings were introduced to bring natural light deep into the living spaces and strengthen the connection to the garden.

Externally, we also constructed a new garage and carried out a complete overhaul of the outside of the property to match the clean, contemporary finish throughout the home.

The finished result is a fully modernised beach house with a calm, open feel and carefully detailed finish from top to bottom.
