This bespoke garden room in Ashtead was designed to create a dedicated space for both work and downtime, separate from the main house while still feeling connected to the garden.

Finished externally in HardiePlank cladding with a durable rubber roof, the build combines low-maintenance materials with a clean, contemporary finish. Large glazing helps bring natural light into the space throughout the day.

Internally, the room was fully insulated for comfortable year-round use and completed with herringbone flooring and a bespoke media unit with integrated drinks cabinet — creating a flexible space suited to both productivity and relaxation.
