Rear Extension in Central Horsham

This project involved removing an existing conservatory and replacing it with a new insulated timber frame extension designed to create a far more comfortable and usable living space all year round. The extension was finished externally in composite cladding and paired with a single-ply zinc-effect roof system to give the build a clean contemporary appearance.

Internally, a vaulted ceiling and twin veluxes were introduced to maximise natural light, while large bifold doors opening directly onto the garden to strengthen the connection between inside and outside space.

Alongside the extension works, the bathroom was fully refurbished to create a more spacious and practical layout. Large-format grey tiling, matte black sanitaryware and a new corner shower enclosure were used throughout to give the room a clean modern finish while helping the space feel larger and more open.
