Extension in East Grinstead

This project involved constructing a large rear dormer to transform an existing room into a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

The new dormer significantly increased the available floor space and head height, creating a brighter and more practical layout. A bespoke run of shaker-style wardrobes was installed within the dressing area, complete with integrated LED lighting and extensive storage.

The new en-suite features a walk-in shower, contemporary sanitaryware and modern finishes throughout, while the enlarged bedroom now provides a comfortable and functional space for our client.

By extending the existing room with a substantial dormer, this project created a luxurious master bedroom while adding both space and value to the property.
